High performance upgrade intercooler, designed as a direct fit replacement for the existing unit. This new model intercooler is designed to be able to get the maximum performance from your car without major surgery on other parts of the car. Do88 have used CAD environment design to make best use of whole cell packet capacity and thus maximise the cooling capacity and minimise pressure drop.
This intercooler is made entirely of aluminium and can therefore also withstand much higher boost pressure than original intercooler that has end tanks made of plastic which can detach from the cell packet at higher boost pressure than standard levels. Switching to this intercooler is a great upgrade for anyone who has modified their car for increased performance. Even when increasing boost just over original (for example stage 1 software upgrade / chipping) we observed significantly better cooling capacity and lower pressure drop compared to the OEM part.
