Suitable for both petrol and diesel engined cars.

This radiator fits all models with manual transmission and both no turbo and turbo models. Will not fit cars with automatic transmission since it does not have the built in oil cooler. Made from 100% aluminum construction with 40mm thick core with only 6mm tube spacing (OEM has 8mm tube spacing)!

Please read this before you order this radiator! – The tanks on this radiator are not rounded like the OEM radiator tanks which leaves a bit less space for the intercooler hose connections. It will fit with the OEM intercooler and most aftermarket intercoolers, but some other aftermarket intercoolers might have a bit shorter distance between the hose connections which makes it hard/impossible to install this radiator.
If you have an aftermarket intercooler not from DO88 just measure the distance between the hose connections and it should be 72cm or more to be able to install this radiator.

3. Core model – 6mm tube spacing, OEM has 8mm.

Please note: It is very important when installing this radiator to flush the engine completely to clear all old coolant and refill the system ONLY with genuine Volvo coolant (anti Freeze) and distilled water. Failure to do so may invalidate the manufacturers warranty, and lead to premature failure of the aluminium welds. This is because charged particles caused by a mix of coolant types or even in tap water can effect the welds of all aluminium radiators over a period of time. 

Assembly: Mounts on the original position. Screws, clips and bushings are reused from the OEM radiator.
