• All above are Euro 4, Euro 5 engines with DPF unit

Includes End Gaskets kit.  The 2 pressure sensor pipes are not included but may be purchased separately. 

Important Product Information

After installing a new DPF unit especially when replacing due to blockage, a 'forced regeneration' process should be carried out as a test to ensure the system is working correctly.

If this procedure fails, it is a certain sign there is still a fault in the system such as a sticking open EGR valve (cannot get hot enough to burn soot) or swirl flaps issue (engine generates excessive soot) and this should be traced and rectified before continuing to use the vehicle.  If the problem fault has been a swirl flap issue, then an initial regeneration test may still pass, but the dpf can quickly become fully clogged with soot again in under 100 miles. This is because the unit cannot burn the excessive soot levels being generated by the existing engine malfunction. This circumstance would not be the fault of the dpf.
