Replacement Under Engine Intercooler Pipe Kit – Joining Turbo outlet up to Intercooler Inlet Hose (under engine)

To fit: 2.4 Litre Euro 4 D5 and 2.4 D engines (those with a turbo resonator housing installed). (The earlier Euro 3 D5 engine does not have this unit). 

• S60 2005-2009 , Auto gearbox chassis 522428 onwards, Manual gearbox 500118 onwards
• V70 2005-2009, Auto gearbox chassis 556633 on , Manual gearbox 530691 onwards
• XC70 2005-2008, Auto gearbox chassis 221486 on, Manual gearbox 208044 onwards
• XC90 2005-2014, Chassis 256511 onwards

Kit contents:

1. Genuine Volvo replacement under engine boost pressure pipe. – Common for the mounting eyelets to break and split the pipe itself, especially if the engine mounts are in poor condition.
2. Supplied together with a high quality flourosilicone lined DO88 resonator replacement hose. The resonator units are also known to commonly fail from fragility, so the best solution is to discard and replace with this alternative hose kit for better reliability. 

*This kit does not include the intercooler inlet hose.
