Replacement diaphragm/membrane for oil filter housing

To fit: Volvo T5 and 2.5T engines from 2004 on

This part is 54mm in diameter.

It is common for the rubber membrane in this oil filter housing for the crankcase breather system to split. Volvo only supply it as a whole new housing costing around £200, so this aftermarket developed product is a great addition to our range.

Guide to removal/replacement:

1. The oil filter housing doesn't need to be removed
2. Simply use a flat edged tool to clip off the lid.
3. Remove the damaged Diaphragm.
4. Pop the new one in, gently pushing it into place. (A quick wipe over of the area you're working on would be advised.)
5. No glue/sealant is needed! It should fit like a glove. 
6. Replace the the lid!
